What I'm Wearing
Scarf: DIY
I hope you guys are having a great week. I am sure you all are dragging like I am. I had so much fun last weekend it has made this week feel eternal. My house has been under construction and it has been so hectic lately. We are building things for our kitchen. I am excited to show you later on. I haven't been able to post as frequent as I would like. Life gets in the way and family kinda takes priority. Just think a few more days and it's the weekend again! We are getting closer and closer to Christmas. I have to say I will be eating my words this month. Before we had Aria, I saw all the elf on a shelf posts and promised myself I would never ever do that. Well guess what, last year we got a really cute not so creepy elf, and we are setting him up this year. Aria probably would give a crap about it, but I am doing anything I can to get in the spirit this year.
I completely forgot to blog this outfit. You may have seen it on my Famous Footwear post but I never did a detailed post about it.
This has been my favorite way to wear skirts. It is a great outfit to stay warm in when the occasion calls for a skirt. I felt the outfit was a bit neutral so I added a colored scarf. You can easily replace the scarf with a colored necklace or jacket. I love these boots for every outfit. They are great with skinny jeans, tights, leggings, even dresses. When on a budget it is key to find pieces that work with everything. A great pair of brown boots are so versatile. You can wear them like
this, and
this.
